Beginning the fall of 1951, Joe Birkner Lumber has been serving the Counties of Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Wharton, Colorado, Lavaca, Jackson, Calhoun, Victoria and Matagorda, Texas - that's over 50 years of service.

We found that there was a growing market for utility poles, oil field timbers and posts, bulkhead and pier material for the water front in addition to material for agricultural use. Joe Birkner Lumber specializes in marine structures, commercial and industrial projects and farm and ranch buildings and fences.
